DeAgostino Legal Group provides professional employees for all types of industries, but our niche will always be attorney recruiting, oversaw by our CEO, a litigator himself. As a candidate, it doesn't matter whether you're a 1 year or 20 year attorney, we still pre-screen and vet you on behalf of our clients to see if you'll be a good fit for them and vice versa. Moreover, we also help place "entry-level" attorneys for those clients who want to bring in brand new attorneys and train them from the ground up.
We have fostered many relationships with very reputable law firms throughout 25 states (and counting!), which has helped us analyze which personality traits match certain firms, and more specifically certain "practice areas" within those firms. Whatever skill level you are seeking, DLG has a continuously growing talent network to ensure you are entirely satisfied. To back that statement up, we even offer a free/credited "replacement candidate" program in the event that an employee quits or is terminated prior to the client-specific "guarantee period," which applies for ALL candidates we help get hired at your firm.
What Attorneys Do We Qualify?
We generally look for attorneys with at least two years of experience up to 20+ years partner-level attorneys. Thus, we handle partnership mergers; lateral partner/associate positions; and junior & senior associate positions. Sometimes, our clients even want us to recruit recent law school grads who just passed the bar but are waiting several months to get licensed.
Our clients generally do not like any "disciplinary action history" on an attorney's record by ANY State Bar Association. That said, there are often reasonable, justifiable reasons for certain "past-blemishes" and we help play the role of the mediator to gather and convey this information to the clients in an effort to get them to give you a shot at an interview.

We specialize in helping both civil and criminal law firms with between 5 and 50 employees, however, we will not shy away from going either larger or smaller than that.
